◆ Brand Disclaimer
LeadNemo is an independent business intelligence and B2B data enrichment platform. The name "Nemo" is derived exclusively from the Latin word meaning "Nobody", famously used by author Jules Verne in 1870 for the character Captain Nemo in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Our tagline — "We find the leads that nobody else can track down" — reflects this etymology.
LeadNemo is completely independent of, and unaffiliated with, any entertainment franchises, animation studios, media corporations, or their related trademarks, characters, or intellectual properties. Any resemblance to fictional names is coincidental and rooted in public-domain literary heritage.
1. Platform Usage
- LeadNemo provides B2B sales intelligence data through a metered, credit-based system.
- Users are granted access to masked lead records based on their subscription tier (Micro, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise).
- Unmasking contact details consumes credits at defined rates: Email = 1 credit, Phone = 8 credits.
- Lead data must not be resold, redistributed, or used for purposes violating GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or applicable data protection laws.
- A strict limit of 10,000 records per export batch is enforced to maintain system integrity.
2. Credit Economy & Billing
- All credit transactions are logged in an immutable audit ledger.
- Previously revealed contacts do not consume additional credits upon subsequent access.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly authorized by an administrator.
- Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless specified in the subscription agreement.
3. Data Privacy & Compliance
- LeadNemo processes personal data in compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and applicable regulations.
- Contacts may request removal from the database via the opt-out mechanism.
- Workspace-level suppression lists prevent contacts who unsubscribe or hard-bounce from being included in future exports.
- Immutable audit logs track all data access events to satisfy SOC2 compliance requirements.
4. Marketing Communications
- Users may subscribe to marketing communications via opt-in forms on the platform.
- Unsubscription is available at any time via the unsubscribe endpoint or link in emails.
- Subscription consent, timestamps, and source are stored for compliance auditing.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- You agree not to use the LeadNemo platform to transmit spam, unsolicited marketing, or phishing campaigns.
- You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and all applicable global marketing regulations when contacting leads obtained through our platform.
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be generating excessive bounce rates, spam complaints, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- LeadNemo provides data "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or deliverability of contact information.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadNemo from any claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from your misuse of the data or violation of anti-spam laws.
- In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Contact & Disputes
